1. HOW ARE RATINGS CALCULATED ?

After completing a trip, the rider will be prompt to leave a rating for the partner driver. Partner drivers' rating will be a cumulative average of all received.

2. WHY A RATING SYSTEM ?

A rating system benefits both riders & drivers by ensuring the Uber experience is of the highest quality: efficient, convenient and safe. Ratings help protect the quality of the Uber system as a whole.

3. CAN I SEE WHAT RATINGS RIDERS GIVE ME ?

To protect privacy of our riders, partners cannot view a specific rider’s trip rating and vice-versa. However, you can find your rating on the Uber Partner app under “Account”, or on the top right corner of your Dashboard at partners.uber.com.

4. HOW CAN I EARN A  5 STAR TRIP ?

1. Great city knowledge and taking the most efficient route
2. Good first impressions and friendly attitude
3. Clean and comfortable car
